Ali, no, its not just doubtful and everyone has their preferences or whatever, you wont. Pusser issues the kit that you are insured under, if you have an accident using your own gucci kit your f**ked and so is the TT. Plus its just necky. Erm they dont feel like military boots no but what do you expect from a pussers issued trainer. I think there fine for running in i wouldnt say id buy a pair myself, especially since like i said you have an endless supply. I got shin splints and these may have helped the problem but i doubt their go...

Darren, Im 5'11 and about 13st aswell but not in training.... If i remember correctly i could do more pull ups, press ups, but the sit ups sound good max out obviously. Maybe try reaching 15 pull up, get there by doing 10-9-8 all the way to 1 each day (never do just the 1 at the end though 'booties ...
