If your talkin about the BMI score you need to get below 32 (not sure about the above score ) - althou by the sounds of it that shouldnt concern you.

Alright mate when I did my recruit selection there where lads of all sizes heights weights and ages, I dont think you should worry about it. There where little 17 yr old whippets and big 25 yr old lard asses so as long as your BMI is ok then youll be fine

I was told at my first interview when to come back for the second, it was a week later I think. Nothing to worry about thou mate, easy to say I know but there really isnt.

No you do a lap of the camp (1.5 miles is 2 laps) The lap isnt full out running thou you pause to do some stretches then job say with kness up then kicking back feet, then maybe up the pace then slow down, its to show you the way as well. I can run a mile and a half in 10 mins but got 10.38 at RSC ...

I got my date via phone call from the AFCO. In the intereview just make sure that you are smart, shirt and tie etc, for final interview I would suggest a suit. Answer confidently and say sir or ma'am after everything in the 2nd one.

At RSC you dont have to do any pullups to pass, just give it your BEST EFFORT and they will mark you accordingly. There are many different tests and tasks through out the 2 days that can get you some good marks back. team tasks especially
