I was at Aldgate East yesterday working, and today I was at Kings Cross/Hammersmith and god damn was I lucky! Explosion had JUST happened when we were driving past. Kept getting paranoid when stopping behind a bus in traffic though...

Feel sorry for all the people who lost their loved ones ...

Yeah there was this one guy who was a complete idiot and brought loads of Fanta and lemonade and stuff instead of water :-?

We were doing the PT lesson and the PTI's all told us we could have a minute to get a drink..he drank some Fanta and ended up being sick.. :roll: muppet

I passed RSC about 2 weeks ago now and the TST is the least of all your worries. Most Signals/REME pass scores are 16/55 which is easy peasy, you get a calculator, you get plain paper (for workings out) and the questions are relatively easy.

It's things like adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing ...

Yeah the Brookwood everybody went there (the ones who had passed anyway :lol: ). I was gonna go but I was so tired and wanted to get the train and just sleep all the way home.

When was you at RSC Pirbright? What are you going into?

Transfers..just to clear the matter up

I've got a question.

If I join the Army as a Signaller, do my trade training and what not, will I be able to transfer to, say, an Infantry regiment if I end up realising that being a Sig isn't what I want to do? Is it 4 years service as a Signaller THEN a chance to ask for a transfer or not? Could ...

Sorry mate..
Erm, we started off with heaves i did 12 but only 4 counted
then we did the static lift and i got something like 101kg
then the back extensions i got 138kg
then the dual lift to 1m 45cm got both of those
then the jerry can walk...harder than i thought...the last test so i was knackered ...

Man..when I got there, realised there was sh!tall to be worried about..the icebreaker was p!ss, mile n half run was p!ss but difficult at the same time, passed everything..going to the AFCO tomorrow to get my dates for intake. Can't wait!

Cheers for the advice guys - appreciated. Yeah I've been told that even if Im yelling a pile of crap to my team it doesn't matter as long as Im actually taking part.

Im going for the Signals, so if I can keep my run time under 11min I think Im going to be ok, as Signals and Engineers are similar ...

Hey this is great news and all, going to RSC in 5 days, but I am getting more and more nervous and paranoid about things, I just would like to know if anyone can give me tips, what/how to do things, stuff like that, anything really.
