make shore you take at least to big towels because you get about 2-4 showers a day and the dry rooms are crap i was always drying myself with a wet towel, it wont do any harm taking allot of clothes (wish id taken more) Best of luck mate, just keep going and pay attention to the corporals at all tim...

Totally agree with that GGHT, training first then i can start to think about my future.

no mate you cant rest with the press-ups the second you touch your knees on the ground, your score is finished. you can rest in the press-up position if thats what you mean.

i wouldn’t if its hard for you to breath mate. id suggest you be at full fitness to attempt the PRMC.

and no the press-ups and sit-ups are not done to a bleep (they are on the POC)

hope your injury gets better mate. I take its been nearly 1 year since your PRMC. If you do have to do it again at least you’ll be able to say whether it’s got easier or if its still just as tough as in the old days. :D
