There is no perfect thing you can follow. I think people need to learn before they do anything, how to asses your own fitness. Trained in Muay Thai for about 6 years. And I agree it can do wonders for PT training. I'm currently working on getting ready for the marines and the kickboxing is in my opinion doing me good.
