Its a very different thing then Karate, but I would say if you have the chance go for it, its not going to hurt yeah. In a few months, you may not become bruce lee, but you will at ...

Once you got that mastered, do what ever you want as long as your getting the gains. Me, I do my pushups, pullups, sits, dips mon - fri. In the morning. I just time myself a...

Playground equipment my friend. Hunt down those monkey bars and get to work. Something is better the...

Some Recruiting issues I need some help with.

First off I doubt anybody here can help with this but thought I would try. I'm trying to get the application ball rolling and I'm running into some basic problems. Oh and I'm applying from Canada. I'm trying to get my hands on the Royal Marine booklets, the so called "green bible" and in g...

Fighting is hard on the body, if you are doing it as well as other training, be careful. Muay Thai more so ...

First off I'm a Canadian who is joining the royals and I have been curious about this so called book as well. I have already applied for and got the "information" pack which consisted of more or less nothing. It was almost pure Navy with hardly anything at all on the marines. I got a lette...
