Im not underweight, my BMI is fine, i will need to cut down on my CV and do more weights in the gym. Yeah I would cut down but keep a moderate level of fitness if I was in that position. Have a gander on a bodybuilding website for diet info - I like www.muscletalk.co.uk. Supplements are all very go...

Dayans- good luck with it all anyway mate! Humph- I would avoid using the machine for your pull-ups. I too was terrible at them when I first started training but you improve faster by doing them properly with no assisted weight. Even if you can only knock a couple of proper pull-ups out when you st...

I do 3 sets of 5 reps where by the last few reps of the third set I am seriously working hard. Once I get 3x5 next time I do 3x6 with ...

Humph, just out of interest how do you manage to consume 300g of protein a day? This is the ideal figure according to my bodyweight. However getting there is a bit of a problem. My diet is the worst part of my training.however I have been managing to stick fairly well to this This is an example of ...

I wouldnt use protein supplements either. Any excess protein (about over 100g/kg of bodyweight) is simply pissed out of the body, therefore supplements would only be beneficial if you're not eating enough protein to begin with. Just eat more baked beans. I would disagree with this stement too Bliar...
