dont worry about phys

No its not all screaming, if you do what the corporals say, when they say it at 100mph then they will be happy. Saying that there is always one who lets the troop down, which results in the troop being punished.

Each test on prmc you get a score between 1 and 6. We were told we had to get higher than ten, although the guys who didnt were allowed to stay, so i think if you get less than ten you get zero for that particular test.

on prmc we were told to wear them to walk in as much as possible, and apply neats foot oil to the boots. And also give them a good polishing. this has worked for me so far.

Training in pairs

Decided this would be a good idea so that me and my mate can push each other. The only thing is im quite alot fitter so was wandering if anyone has any ideas for sprint or circuit training in pairs when there is a difference in fitness levels?

my 3 miler before i went was 21 mins and bleep test score was 12. If youre getting say 35 press ups, 50 sit ups, running 3 miles in 21 mins and can get level 10 on the bleep test, then you have the ability and fitness to pass, but it definately is about strength of mind, if you dont have this then y...
