Yeah point taken it was a bit of a stupid question but you don’t see the ‘paras’ or even the SAS (only from what I have read) doing these and they also claim to be elite so I was just wondering why it was only the marines. Yeah, thats why the RM are so much better than the paras! :D I guess thats a...

The idea is exactly what you said, "to weed out the weak". Now, if you find them difficult, you best get practicing. The whole point of the POC/PRMC is to see if you can hack it and if you have strength of mind. By saying that it doesn't go down well. Never go for the easy way or you will ...

No, you have misunderstood me. I'm not dumb enough to take it with me to the POC, this is soley for training before hand. As i said "might as well ue it if it's there", i meant for it to be used along time before heading off to the POC :P Why do you fail to see the benefits of such a thing...

Fitness monitoring equipment

If not, can you tell me what equipment you guys use? (apart from stop simple watches) Edit: Forget it, i just found it http://www.gpscity.com/item...

Generally speaking along with super fitness comes low levels of body fat this will also increase chances of illness. As far as running stuff off goes it is alright if you have the sniffels but don't do it if you have a chest or throat infection it will mess you up and just make you worse.

Monkeyman don't think you are the only one because joining as an officer is extremely difficult. Don't decide that you can't do it, just go and do it and hang in there for as long as you can. You will never know until you are there. Always think to yourself "what the hell else am i gunna do?&qu...
