Finished Final Ex thursday and it was hoofin! Rigid raider, chinooks the lot! M ust have ley off over 2500 rounds on final troop attack, alot of brass indeed!

Yep leaving short stay in civvi street, going back to ctc and Final Ex! Our traing team go on about how we don't get these thrashing as they used to, we still did killer yomp and the commando test are still the same, times and all! Got mine coming up soon, just been pushing myself on the running machine. Completing in around 9.30min which i hope will pass me.

I do quite alot of C.V training out across fields etc, but have trouble with balance on the machines. Anyone else have the same problem?

Two questions on gym test 1, did you complete the bleep test then move directly onto the the press/sit ups, and whats this PRMDC?

Orite Mate, I had my medical on tuesday and this was a worry on my mind as i also have a concaved chest. The Doc asked if i had any problems with it before, which i had not, and he said theres nothing to worry about. So passed me medical and awaiting my PJFT. Can't Wait!! Hope this helps mate, Regar...

When you do press-ups do your elbows have to be tucked bye your torso and if so what benefits do you gain from this way as apposed to the usual. Also, sit-ups. Do you have your arms across youre body or on you're temple and you elbows have to touch the ground each rep?? Just wondering as i dont wont...

Thanks for the reply...... I also cant help being the Grey Man but perhaps i dont push myself to be in the spotlight of things.
