foundation is pure bollocks but its a must as its teaches you the basics, all you have to do is be on time for everything and do as exactly they say which is pretty hard for some in our troop! but nevermind the extra phys because of it is all helpfull right??

yeah the warm up is fun! i did mine in 3.19 the instructors thought that was a good time, i just grit my teeth and gave it all i had, was pretty nackered after it but it was worth it knowing i gave it my best

yep i has the same problem when i told my darling parents i wanted to join the marines, "do you want to die or something???" they were a bloody pain for a few weeks until they came around and realised its what i want, now they so proud im starting training, so just let them think it over b...
