Hopefully they'll make PGAC harder to put off the phys biffs or the people who dont realise you'll get shouted at on basics.

One piece of advice, dont do what loads of people do, turn upto PGAC complete it and think you have to stay at that level of fitness. You need to be fitter than the tests they have you do.

some lads do find the PGAC easy as its only a test of basic fitness.

you need to be much fitter for the TG course

Fitness and PGAC

Just a quick one for you lads who are going to attend a PGAC.

Remember the PGAC tests you for the minimum levels of fitness required. Phys once you start the TG Course is much harder and i assure you some lads who pass PGAC get re-coursed because they are not fit enough for the TG Course.

ALright lads?

just passed recruit phase, but i have a possible stress fracture so i need to get an x-ray on my foot. So will probrably get re-coursed  however, passing out is all i want so if i have to wait longer then so be it.

I will be on that parade square in my No.1s
