Just a quickie, on thursday myself and 14 others graduated from Gunner training. Just a quick one for you lads who are going to attend a PGAC.
Remember the PGAC tests you for the minimum levels of fitness required. Phys once you start the TG Course is much harder and i assure you some lads who pass PGAC get re-coursed because they are not fit enough for the TG Course.

Hello all! first weekend back and i get drunk off 4 pints! Im on Meiktila Flt. just thought id give the wanna be rocks a bit of advice. Training is hard, make sure you can do 6 miles at 7min mile pace or less if you can, and be able to do atleast 50 push ups in 90secs. You will get beasted. alot. wi...

Passed final interview, starting TG Course 17th Oct.
yesterday i passed my final interview and am definately starting Regiment training on 17th October. 5 weeks to go and i Cant wait.
