So I went to see them yesterday (Tuesday). It happened to be a training night as they said, and they invited me to a visit for an interview. They invited you for a visit and interview at another time or that evening? What did they tell you about training? Did they say there is a two week alternativ...

Sounds like more people should have a crack at RMAD before heading off to PRMC, if for no other reason than to reaffirm their readiness. I wonder how many of the "harsher" PRMCs had high numbers of participants, is it just a way of weeding more people out? Good effort EA.

I'd have to wonder what your chances are of succeeding in joining the RM if you struggle to find even such basic information.

As with most things there are several schools of thought regarding running shoes. The "conventional" wisdom is that you should wear shoes which absorb the shock of impact but there are other people who wear shoes which simply protect the foot from getting cut up on the surface they are run...

If I read that correctly you only have to make VA3 for RM.
