Keep running mate, the one thing i wish i done alot more of before coming to Depot. Swimming is a good one aswell, its a change. Do alot of hill work aswell i would say. Good Luck mate, all the best

Its not that bad mate, Just over 2 months. I had to wait 3 or so months. It flys by honest. Crack on with your training though and you'll be like Chris Akaboosy for Depot.

I might catch you round the cookhouse when your there mate :) If im luck to get that far lol

Alrite mate, If you are wanting to join the "standard" infantry i think you need to get your 1.5 mile run to 12 minutes and below. If you are wanting to join the Parachute Regiment you need it around 9 minutes and under. I would still put in your application thought mate, and train while y...

Mate keep crackin on, i had the exact time as you when i first started with my application. From 11 minutes i got it down to 9.20 in 2 and a half months. I used to be aching, but i made sure i went out for a run. Make sure you get rest aswell.

What about doing a 2 mile run and slowing the pace down? try and mix it up a tiny bit mate, its a killer getting into it i no lol
