Go ahead and do them both mate, commando course is all about soldiering, p coy is all about being ragged up and down hills.

I also read earlier..you have a Heart Rate of 45BPM? Is this at rest? If it is true, and you're running just short of 5 miles in that time then you should have tried entering into the olympic tryouts! A heart rate lower than 60 is knows as 'Bradycardia' and is common amongst most top athletes so be...

There is no bleep test at selection! As for the run, it can vary depending what RSC you are attending.
