I also read earlier..you have a Heart Rate of 45BPM? Is this at rest? If it is true, and you're running just short of 5 miles in that time then you should have tried entering into the olympic tryouts! A heart rate lower than 60 is knows as 'Bradycardia' and is common amongst most top athletes so be...
