Ps during serious training is it a good idea to quit the booze? or is like a sat night out on the town going to destroy my hard work? If you have passed PRAC and awaiting a date to come depot i wouldnt touch booze. It wont kill you having one or two, i diddnt drink till i passed week 6 and went on ...

Tattoos arnt a problem, like someone mentioned its not a good idea getting one on the hands or neck up, also don't show up on day 1 with a para badge on your arm..

You can increase your speed by doing lapost to lapost sprints, or jogging lenght weighs of a football pitch and sprinting the width.

The last platoon that passed out went to 1 para except for 2, 1 was under 18 and i dno about the other person. If they need men to go in 1 para then the people who pass out will go there..

There all friendly guys at my carrers office, so it was more of a get to no thing then an interrogation. Yea they will ask how often do you workout, what do you do in your spare time etc. It's nothing to worry about!
