Lee if one eye is short sighted and one long then you haven't got 20/20 vision. The surgery you have had does not affect your application, the surgery that affects it is Laser Eye Surgery IE Lasik and Lasek.

If your talking about the little leaflet from the AFCO then thats not suitable for anyone, look at the threads on the forum. Loads of sprinting, a few long runs a week (about 5 miles) and do your press ups, sit ups and pull ups everyday (apart from rest day). No offence mate but i really dont like y...

yeah but sticky if your blasting white noise around, you would annoy yourself aswell as the enemy. White noise is much better to crack people in interegation.

JC yeah they are basic +/- questions etc... just to see how fast and accurate you are, you cant really revise for this its just your natural ability, dont worry about it. Go down to the AFCO and ask for a booklet on the test to have a look at and get familiar with the questions.

CW on PRMC the run is finished WELL within 22mins, i would say around 19-20mins. Honestly its a shockingly fast pace, you need to get your time down or you will seriously be struggling!

Go ASAP, do the written tests etc... so the AFCO have you on file, then when your ready for PRMC you can pretty much go on the next one available at the time.
