Great advise mate, just what i was looking for.
One more question thats bothering me, Did any pricks steal anything? Was told at AFCO that the first few weeks are bad for that.

With results like that your obviously not a fat bastard. The only thing guys failed at when i did RSC last month, was the medical.

The atmosphere is totaly layed back there, but then again im comparing it to the PRMC. Just make sure you can nail that 1.5 mile run, and while your there, show them ...

Armourer - Getting the Green/Red Beret? (Question)

I applied to the REME on Wednesday, and passed my interview and BARB test. I Chose the Armourer as my 1st choice.
One of the S.Srg had his Green Beret, He got it while he was in the RA.
He mentioned training for it while in the RA, but is it possible to do the Para/Marines training to get your Red ...

The RAF was one of my choices, but i was told the same thing.
It would seem all the "Interesting jobs" required you to be free from hayfever for 4 years =(

I need to increase my CV endurance. Im working on a all round schedual just now but im still stuck on it.

Monday - Morning - 5 mile run
Max press ups
Max sit ups
Max Pull ups

Afternoon - 3 Mile run with sprints
Weight training (Not worked out exactly what to do yet)

Sticky_Blue i got quite a slow time on the asault course because i fell off the monkey bars lol, but it was the 3 miler which messed it all up for me. Im going to try and work out some kind of circuit training to do every day, im also only going to work 3 days a week rather than 5 so i can really ...
