Fibula who said anything about fibula?! (the magic edit button  ) If somebody could fix me up, the Corps would be my chosen career mate. But the PMO obviously twigged that i was broken beyond repair and thats why he discharged me. Im hoping that i may be able to get some kind of surgery or spec...

I shouldn't worry about the motivation thing too much either buddy. If somebody could fix me up 100% right now id be straight back to CTC. If being a Royal Marine is what you truely want you'll find the motivation, just dont flap and take your time.
(Im mega corps pissed and i was only in a year.)

Sneaky just to let you know, last i heard Rob was being medically disharged. I think they wrapped on him as it would take too much time and money to get him fixed. Saying that though i've been outside for a bit now, so im not 100% upto date. Its a shame cos he's another good bloke who seems to have ...

Your right Dave, upstairs is where it counts. You allways get a few blokes along the way such as myself who get broken and consequently medically discharged but thats the name of the game. As Sully said, when your dangling piss wet through cold and yomping at 2 in the morning thats where it matters....

If you want to get your cv up go for a 3 mile warm up run which you should aim to do it in 22mins comfortably (if you cant do it in 22, dont worry just go as fast as you can so your hangin out at the end) Then find yourself a big ass steep hill at least 100m long, sprint up the hill 7 times if you c...

The difference though mate is athletes dont go on 30milers or yomps with 100lbs+ of kit on their back over long periods of time. Even if i did manage to pass out i would instantly get downgraded to smething along the lines of chef or clerk and i sure as hell didnt join to do those jobs.
