My advice though is to get as close as you can to the front so you can set a pace it is way harder at the back because your slowing and then catching up because the pace is harder to get on too but at the front you can just set your pace to that of the pti.

it's weird but out of the whole prmc I think the 3 mile run was the hardest. Just because I was so spent from how hard I pushed myself the days before. I guess some people stengths ar ethere endurance others there power.
