Opening hours

Great a forum for all Rubber Dagger related enigmas.
But surely having a Reserve forces section means these sections should only be open at the weekends for posting
Anyway, back to the point in hand.....no... not that point

What is the point in buying you a gym that only gets used 2 days a week?... Hold on... The RAF have them and they only get used for Annual Fun Days... OK, It will have to be a virtual Gym where you can do virtual beastings.
Bit quiet in here in'it. I'll go and do a virtual BFT then
Right, I've virtually done one now and am virtually shattered... someone plug me chair in for god's sake.

I did a "show and tell"(Oz kids skool thigy) for the old and bold last weekend with a Norge shirt, Norge pully and Rod Hulls. First two items went down a storm, general concencus was good bits of kit, not much use in the ulu, though. When I produced me Ron Hills, howls of derision, mate.

Took us a little while to get the Metronome effect, even harder to get on a stills camera
Great thing about PTI's is they can keep there timing for hours once started.
Every bedside table should have one
Just gets a bit awkward for the misses when I have call it out by numbers.
