Great forum full of useful information, keep it up guys. As for me I'm 18 and been in the TA for a few months however now I'm crossing over to the UOTC to get my commission hopefully. After graduation I hope to join the Royal Scots as an Officer.

The listeners are a band of bods who basically do what it says on the tin....we listen, and offer support.
In the main its for PTSD issues, but we'll listen to most probs and help where we can.
Nowt more to it than that really

I suppose its more common than some would realise, and it affects people in different ways and at different times.
