Whats the biggest thing you have proffed?
I was talking to a fella last week and thought I would post this. When he was in Cookstown SF base before it closed he said someone proffed the sauna..............
Not much else you can say really.

I know when the rucuss went off down south, some members of the VM`s, brought back 2 Mercedes "G" wagons, Land Rover type vehicles. they used to be left at Bjerkvik in Norway, and used by the Oversnow Troop when reviving and putting some of the BV`s to bed after the deployment.
They were re-plated to RM1 and RM2

Are JNCO & Marine's mess was given a chandalier from one of Saddam's palace's.
Would have been two, but the CO 40Cdo was rummoured to have proffed the other one.

Why can't you accept that some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue.

Not so much a proff as a capture.
Rough Diamond 80.
Tom McMahons section went on a morning clearance patrol from C Coy and came across two Scimitars belonging to the Perce enemy. While they were pushing out the Zeds the lads quietly captured the lot and had them drive them back to the position.
Small sense of humour failure from their boss but the umpires wiped them out for the next few days.
We had to give them back later tho'

I still have some ration packs in the garage (dad left the army 6 years ago
) and ive used them regularly ever since, thou the fruti biscuits are all gone
. Countless amounts of fuel taken in jerry cans over a 4 year period while this person lived 400 metres from the camps petrol pumps. Nothing too exciting
