There is a get together planned at Le Mans in June, predominantly (but not exclusively) SAMA members. Theres a mixture of ex green, red and other lids. Up to now there are roughly about 20 going.
We've booked a good sized space at one of the main campsites so if anyone fancies coming along let me know.
Beer to be collected 'en route on the French side, Jacko (ex 42 cdo) is raiding the stores at Taunton, others are gathering various other essential items.
Basically bring a tent / caravan / motorhome, beer / yourself and we might even get to see some of the race!
Cheers

John,
Can't make Le Mans, (too many kids not enough time or money) but I am hoping to get to the Guide this year with Andy Simpson, are you up for that.
It sounds like a quiet affair,...........not.

Hi Terry
I went to the guide last year which was a good do so I dare say I'll turn out. I think Andy was there too.
Last year it was the first weekend in July so I guess it'll be around the same time again. It was less of an all out Para do last year there was a good mix (even Yorkie turned out up north!) See you there.
You can still get to Le Mans, I'll organise a breakdown in one of the vans, do you do call outs in Normandy?
Cheers

All "good" girls are welcome. The question therefore has to be "how good are you
nb: better not take this any further, it'll only corrupt my mind!

John,
You didn't tell there were some 'good' girls going.
I think the guide is mid-Julyish this year.
Must remember my tent, slug and sick bag.

Not able to make LeMans, but will be at the Montreal GP in June. Lots of good girls there if past years are any judge. Gonna have to work on my French though as all the Anglos have moved out.
