cheap, lightweight and compact sleeping bag suggestions?

Hi all,
I am searching for a sleeping bag that is lightweight, compresses small and is the budget range.
I am cycling around Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, and France) for a few months and camping from November - January, so it needs to be a crazy warm sleeping bag, but I do want to be comfortable in it.
Any suggestions?
