Can you identify this patch?

Hello,
I wondered if you could help identify a patch I have found.
I think that it's military, and I'm sure I've seen it before but I've not been able to get any information when I try to describe it on Google.
If it is military I'm sure you guys will recognise it and help end the nagging feeling that I've seen it before but don't know what it is!!!
