Hi. I'm very new to all this. I am trying to find information on my granddad who served in the 17th (I think) Lancers in Palestine in the 1920's. All the info I have is that it was after ww1 when he enlisted. I have a photo of him in his dress uniform, but unable to post it.Any help would be gratefully accepted. Thank you

Many of the Lancers out there at this time had gone over to armoured cars

I can't seem to find any info online. It just mentions that they served in Ireland in the early 1920's. Can anyone confirm that they were in Palestine. Thanks
