Korea's Defence Minister Kim Kwan Jin had arrived from Seoul on November 28 to look at ways to strengthen military ties between India and Korea. I think they are getting to the stage were they don't want to rely on a third party to supply them with the weapons that they require and are looking at setting up there own defence business
