Hi all,

I just wanted to know if any one could give me some information at all? I am joining the army and my 3 job choices are Combat Medical Technician, Army Air Corps Soldier and Military Engineer Communications and just want a bit more information from anybody that is in any of the above.

If you go to the Army web site then you can look these up

The Army Air Corps soldier isn't as glamorous as you may think, they are given basic Inf trg then specialise in AAC roles.

They are usually along the lines of:-

Signaller
Driver
Groundhandler

They are a cracking bunch of hardworking lads and lasses but don't fall for the "You'll be a Pilot within x amount of yrs".

(I wasn't an AAC trooper but I worked with them for over 7 yrs, and they were usually great to work with, shame about some of their bosses)!
