Ive seen this photo a few times, i think its an old one due to the lack of gongs. 1980's maybe?

Look at the focus on everyone elses faces! No one seems to have notices him flat out on the floor, that is great to see. No one staring down at their shoes, eyes forward, wonderful stuff.
