ATFC Winchester ????

is ATFC Winchester actually a college, because staff down there seem to think it is not ? recruits are coming back on leave and telling everyone it isnt an actual college, input please ?

Yes its a foundation College, it allows the army to give basic skills as well as Military Training. Perhaps the recruits coming back from there had the wrong idea before going
