23rd SAS Wings

Does anyone know why the 23rd SAS have differnt wings from the other two regiments?

In every single exercise when 21 and 23 where part of the TA pre-1991 (when there used to be joint exercises) and every single training course (when there used to be joint training courses) 23 always came top.
