lower back pain

How do you relieve lower back pain in your 3rd trimester? I've been sooo uncomfortable for about 2 weeks now. I have lower back pain across the back side of my hips. I know it's just the baby putting pressure on my body, but I can't sleep.

Do we have a pregnant paratrooper one wonders, I seen a few seen a few senior NCO's put a few F***ks in a soldier but I have never known one to become pregnant from it.

I think you better diagnose it to a doctor because that is their profession or better go with
back pain Hampshire specialist. I'm sure that back pain will be gone.

airborne soldiers when in pain dont sleep they go for a run... 10 mile minimum.
