No vaccination record on medical form

Hi friends, my Doctor wrote '' NO VACCINATON RECORD '' which is true as I have no record of shots did in the past, I hope this won't delay or cause confusion in my medical clearance .

Dont worry about it mine didnt have any listed. no delays for me.

When I joined they gave all the shots one after another just make sure, I think I had about 15 shots in five minutes, and in those days they used the same needle on very one. You just marched up to each table and got the jabs.

Shouldnt have any effect on the clearance of your RG8
You will be listed for all jabs at phase 1 .
No big deal really
