hey everyone,
im a 17 year old AF wife and mommy. we just got our 1st orders to MINOT ND. i was just wondering what the first thing i should do is...i have packed up a lot of things...im just really confused...do i have to call someone to pick up our HG(household goods) and is there anything else i have to do...thanks a lot...

Just call the movers they set you up with and let them pack while you watch. Keep enough clothes and cooking pans out that you can take along in the car because it can take a few weeks to get your stuff delivered to your new home.

Units usually have a MFLO (Married Families' Liaison Officer) although I guess different services may use a different term. They would be happy to provide any advice you need.

And, of course, the best advice comes from other wives, if you have contact with any.

If you're leaving from a 'civvy' house into forces accommodation, you should have received written advice on what to do. And it should contain a contact phone no. if you have any queries.
