ok i just have 2 quick questions.

1. On the assesment weekend is the 1.5mile run exactly 1.5 miles or is it 1.5-1.6 just so i know (got my 1.5mile down to 13:28 ).
The reason i ask is because this is my route its exactly 1.5m. Link this is were i run it adds up to 1.5m when you connect A and D through the ally (google want you to run on the roads not on the paths :) )
2. Any idea if there is a waiting time to join the army as an Armourer.

its 2.4km ( 1.5 miles roughly) but before you said you was doing 1.6 in 16:39 and now your doing 1.5 in under 13 1/2 mins so a large improvement. Do you do any longer runs at all?

No i dont do many long runs on days when i do my training runs (run 2mins walk 1min) i do 2 miles to helsby and then 2 miles back. so i do 4 miles about 3 times a week.

I would easly be able to do my 1.5m run under the time i need if i could go without stopping but that one i did 13:28 in i was running for 2 mins and walking for 30sec. i also found that when i go for long runs my shins start aching so i dont wana push myself to hard because i dont wana injure myself (as i always do when i start trying to get healthy).

Your recruiter should be able to look on his computer and see the next available start dates for certain jobs

Dates for jobs are different for from dates for phase one training.
Dates forTrades show when the course starts, there is no way to check if the course is full or not.
You should have got a date after passing ADSC!
