Harry Ellingham aged 113 passed away today in his sleep. Harry was one of the last survivors of WW1

Rest in Peace Henry Allingham. A lovely, lovely man. I'm honoured to have met him several times. A sweetheart and a very cheeky monkey

Nice to see the Govt touting the idea of a state funeral for the last Tommy
Would have been nice if it had been there idea from the start rather than leaving it till the wave of e mails/letters/phone calls became too much to ignore!!!!
