Any good advice mate?

It's real easy mate, all you gotta do is keep your mouth shut when told too.
Strength standards arn't very high but it's not a major factor anyway.
As long as you can do your 1.5 mile in 10:30 or less it won't even be mentioned in your interview. But my mate got 12:30 and still passed.
The 2 important things is to do exactly what your told and to keep talking on the team tasks. I'm pretty sure team tasks is one of the main deciding factors whether you pass or fail as fitness and strength can easily be worked on.

Hope that helps.

The best thing is to listen to everything your being told, Dont be afraid to ask questions but most of all give it 110% be seen to be giving it everything you have and you will be fine, the instructors can be hard but they are also approachable, Remember they are looking for the best so work hard and enjoy it. good luck let us know how it goes.

Went well. Failed the urine test on the first day because they found blood in my urine, but they gave me a second chance and let me retake it on day 2 and passed. Woke up on day 2 with a really bad chest but got a reasonable run time of 10.42 considering the conditions. Just glad it wasnt today and tommorow becuase im coming down with flu. But all in all went well.

Advice to anyone is just turn up with confidence and dont give up. Really speak up during the team tasks, as some boy on the course was deferred for being too quite even tho he passed everything else.

The guy I had was a proper hardcase but on a personal was easy to talk to and aproach about anything we worried about. Is the 1.5mile route the same going along the river on a sort of dirt track get half way to a gate then turn round?

Haha the doctor did say it may be caused by vigorous sex or masterbation   What can you do lol
You may have been on the course, if so how did you get on?

Gooner_27 the route is still the same. Along the river, then turn around at the gate.
