It's on grass playing fields, and the total height difference is probably about 6 inches!

Train as if you have to run it over mountains mate, then you'll be well on the safe side. 8)

3 mile in 24 minutes. I think if memory serves me right thats what the time was when I done it. I was 28 when I done it and came in near the front, so for, im guessing, a young un such as yourself you should have it cracked. Just stay with the main squad then give it one last all out effort sprint when your near the end (think they tell you how many laps it is).

Make sure you can do it under 22minutes.... i went to pgac and beleive me its nothing like they say on the forms..... its 6x0.5mile laps but at the end of it you will do more laps and press ups they want at least 35 in a minute and same with sit ups the afco dont tell you this but you have a battle PT session and you get shagged.. log race and stretcher race (the make it or break it point for most of the lads) the bleep test forgwet level 9.1 you need to be getting at least level 11 and then a timed assault course after a beasting session again from the PTIs, train hard... real hard. The selection on PGAC is tighter now there are too many people joining......

Spot on, when i did my first PGAC it was only the second one to have the tougher tests and they said themselves we were getting it a bit easier than future groups probably would, while they were still working things out. Best part of 3 months now til my second attempt, I'm training hard already, want to be smashing it!
