i think they have a thaaang for khaki. i believe it to be a case of they've not lived the dream so feel the need to dress up and get all warred up but without the hassles. . . . i do it all the time in the privacy of my back garden. . . charley everywhere..

haha, im not the only one here who thinks people who dress up in forces kit running round with plastic guns is mega stupid then??

got some bloke who is due to start basic same time as me does that, goes by the name of gareth walsh? im pretty sure everyone on here has heard of him? he likes to wear maroon para lid when in fatigues? holding SA80, and posing with other model guns?

Just been paintballing today, and there were some Airsoft lads there. Couldn't beleive it when I saw a bloke in full desert combats (it was a woodland area!! :-? ), desert boots, Para Reg stable belt, Maroon DZ flash and wings! I turned to my mates and said there is no way on this planet that this bloke is in '1 Para'. Then he picked up a replica M16, with a bayonet fitted!!!! :o

I'm no expert, but dont these fu**ers fire BB pellets at eachother? Why all the gucci kit?

One of the girls in our group asked if they were the army.... I said I don't think so. Her reply...... "sad ba***rds!" :D

:o

In my opinion Dressing up and playing with guns over the age of say 10 is just plain sad...and a little creepy

Paintball is fine for a laugh so long as you don't go over board and start talking about the pincer manoeuvre and trying to move in some for of formation. (to be honest I had a laugh shooting my mates in the behind from close rang  ... o how he squealed)

MONGS!

'what does it take to be an airsoft sniper?' mental and physical??? are they joking? HAHA, Well you gotta be mental-ly incapable to want to play dont you?? or act like soldiers when your not?

physically stupid?

Are these c**ts for real! $550 for a 'Sniper Rifle'!

They really must have nothing better to do. If they have all this dedication and enjoy being outdoors 'attempting' to play soldiers, why don't they just join....??? :-?

I agree paintballing is fun (except the cost!) but i wouldn't go to those lengths to play it.

But i guess it's better than playing games online...i mean at least they are outdoors!! :D

Don't fret or lose any sleep over these people.
The British government is about to re-introduce..............
Yes you've guessed it"ACTION MAN"Apparently to encourage young people to join the forces.
Wait till the hand wringers and pacifists get a hold of that news.
They'll be protesting against a plastic toy even if it does have graspable hands and swivelling eyes.No doubt it's hair will be too short so the hippies will not be able to show Crispin the correct drill for using hair straighteners, and as for those nasty weapony looking things who needs them? Not like we need to fight anyone

I’m probably going to regret this but in airsofts defense. :o Not everyone that goes is a complete tosser.
Me an a few mates started when we were 15 didn’t spend much on it and had a great time making each other bleed for a few hours in the woods.

When it gets sad is when you see the 18-40 year olds spending £1000 + and walking around like there the dogs bollocks.
there was a lot of sad sad people going and they ruin the GAME. not sport as a lot of them liked to call it
