SF units use the best of what is available and to their own personal taste a lot of the time. It may look scruffy but it works

Indeed he is lewkey. I think "Doc" is an old walting mong who has popped up on our forum before.
Eh Doc? Or should that be - Doug, DJ Predator etc etc...
In answer to your question lewkey, the UKSF lads are given a lot of personall freedom to set their kit up as they want. This allows each man to set kit the way they prefer thus making them more efficient in contacts. The scruffiness is normally due to the fact they are out in the field for extended periods and get mucky.

painters_M16,
"Indeed he is lewkey. I think "Doc" is an old walting mong who has popped up on our forum before."
How wrong you are.
'Doc' has been a member of these forums for over six years.
He may now be listed as a guest, but I assure you 'an old walting mong' he is not.

Think some wires have got crossed here. Doc is not a Walt and i'm led too belive he is a serving Medic (not 100%), he is just sick of the bone threads being posted. The person who keeps comming on your forum must be someone different.

Doc has decided to leave us(again)
He is in fact a CPMedic and a good one.
So wind in the neck painters_M16 before you piss anyone else off.

All, my sencere apologies.
Indeed wires seem to have been crossed. The usenrame Doc had been used on a forum I was a member of and the user in question was a plague.
Wholley, it wasnt my intention to piss anyone off and as I hope you can see this has been a misunderstanding. Consider my neck wound in, a simple :n00b: mistake sorry.
Thanks for the correction,
painters

Scruffy? They are far from scruffy......Pictures that you might come across where they are looking a bit ragged is due to the fact they have been on jobs.
