Is there anyone in the know regarding AGAI 67 for misconduct (ABH conviction in civilian court, awaiting sentence)

Previous civvy convictions/cautions include:

1 x Drink Driving conviction in 2007 - ban
2 x Assault charge in 2007 - accepted civpol caution

Pls pm if anyone can offer info

PS: It's not me before anyone starts

If treated as minor criminal offence (common assault) level 2 which gibes Regt Entry,, Reduction in rank, letter of censure to expression of displeasure.
if goes to level 3 then reduction in rank and letter of severe displeasure.
