Alright lads. I start basic training on the 12th July. Anyone else going up on this date?

Yeah thats a good question. does it take long to get you booked onto PRAC?

aright lads. I didn't do the prac. I did my selection before they bought back the PRAC course.

Ask paraprep. He'll be able to tell you. He's done selection and then the prac and he's now just waiting on a training date.

i was lucky i got two weeks notice, some of the lads only had a few days notice after their selection to report for PRAC.

i think there is a prac in 2nd of june. would like to try and get in on the 12 july intake if selection goes to plan

I'd be happy with anything under 2 weeks, just cant be doing with waiting another month! Too much waiting around, Just wanna be In already!

Yeh lads there is a PRAC course on the 2nd of june AFCO told me i will be booked on that one if i pass ADSC on the 20th of this month

unfortunetly no mate i'd be happy to be put on your date but any later would suck, i just can't wait to get out of this crappy house and crappy job i've got, i got put on final warning last week for my "aggressive behaviour against management" this civvy life just doesn't seem to suit me!

Ye mate. Ring your careers office and ask. My AFCO were sh1t! I had to phone them to ask about selection date, interviews and my start date. They never contacted me. Was a joke.
Same, i can't wait to get out of this sh1thole.

yeah several times, i have been told the bloke who is supposed to organise my date is on leave... thats all they have told me, the worrying thing is im becoming a bit of a slob at home with all this waiting around, watching TV most of the time and getting slaughtered at the pub a couple of times a week, the only active stuff i do is my fitness programme, walking my dogs and my part time job!
