I knew most of the stuff already but I did find out there is usually 1 hour of PT a day.

Had a look for abit,was good but nothing you cant find on here really,alot of questions were repeated:seemed that most people were worried about their age(too young or old) and if they are fit enough to join,to which the obvious replies were age doesn't matter and aslong as your fairly fit with the right state of mind nothings stopping you from joining.

He did answer my question which was helpful. Pretty much that the RM's will pay for me to fly over from Canada, but not back if I fail. Im assuming I pay for the ticket, and they re-imburse me at the training center.

Like degrees of passion said, a lot of questions on age and fitness.

Here's hoping mate. My birthday is this Monday, I'll be 26 . Getting up there in the numbers. I should be over this coming January.
