Hi,

I put in for re-enlisting, sent off for approval to my old cap badge and received a confirmation. Passed everything including ADSC and just waiting for my basic start date.

I wanted to know if it would be possible to change cap badge at this late stage, or if I should stick with my old cap badge?

If I can change cap badge, will I need to get a new approval?

I have to do the security clearance for my trade as well. I know this can take a few months to sort out. Is this started before starting basic training, or during?

Hey henry, im from nottingham as well, i chose a career in artillery, when my first choice was Royal Engineers they said i would have a long wait if i changed, so im going to wait till i get to pirbright and see what can be done. So where abouts in nottingham you from, maybe we could have a training session?
