just made it past the apwt now and got my week off lol the platoon used 12000 rounds to pass it :S thats a average of about 16 mags per man for a 72 round shoot, we did all the intro ex's tac ex 1 was intresting we got bombarded and had to tab out off there with full exercice kit whilst doing fire and movement :S, id say the hardest thing we did thouhg was bayonet training 1 last monday its only 2 hours but it will be the worst 2 hours of your life also the best in a twisted way they f@#k hammer you physically and mentally then you stab up some targets xD only 6 weeks till pcoy then im practically there. id recommend every1 strengthen there legs to uber strenght before they go to depo, i just trained to be a runner and so on the 12 mile runs and hill sessions i breezed it were as every1 else struggled and now all were doing is tabbing you suffer alot more so get millions of squats done!

Did you use weights whilst you used to squat or just your own body weight mate?
