What's the furthest you have to run in RAF training? Anyone know because I want to prepare myself for getting in.

http://www.raf.mod.uk/careers/

If the website doesn't tell you what you want to know, a visit to your local Armed Forces Careers Office definitely will.

Learning to spell and punctuate properly will also be a big help to you. As a wise man once said, "your mobile, this isn't".

I woud not worry too much about the distance you need to run as the PTI's will gradually increase the distance and your fitness levels. As long as you can comfortably run 1.5miles in under 12minutes (not on treadmill) you should be ok. All the best.
