Hi,
I've got a quick question about PRMC, can I just check what you actually do in gym test 1, as far as I know you do the bleep test first, and then shown how to do correct form on exercises and then straight into the upperbody tests. Is that it for gym test 1 or is there more involved? Thanks

Hi, just having a look through the unanswered forums and was going to give you a reply till i realized you would have already done it by now lol.
Just wondering if you managed to pass your PRMC?
Got mine on the 6th April.
