RMR Liverpool (any tips to help me get in?)

I'm just in the process of applying to RMR Merseyside (liverpool) and have so far only done my psychometric test. I have my interview on thursday with my medical and was wondering if anyone had any tips. every little helps right?

im applying too, sent the application forms off and attended a presentation evening. Heard nothing as yet. Im trying to make the May selection, do you live local?

How long ago did you guys start your applications?
Is it a long process or is it quite efficient?

Look at it like any other job interview, the recruiter will want to be happy that you know what the job is about, and what you will have to do in training etc. Also that you will stick with it.
So find out what the Corp do, where they are at location wise, what weapons they use and transport/ships they use. Also remember your fitness, you will be asked how you are training and how often.
