New TV Documentary

Hey everyone!
I have heard that starting september there is a brand new documentary series starting and it is due to be shown on ITV. Apparently it is also based on 934tp (due to pass out first week in august).
I was wondering if anyone else had heard anything else on this series or had heard anything different. Please let me know. I would love to catch it but i'm afraid I might miss it

End of august mate, it is 924 hollywood. Series called Commando and is in 10 parts apparently.

Yeah, heard about it. they've done filming now though. 924 has passed out already.

Is this the troop that went to Afghan more or less as a oner to continue filming after training?

Neggers. It was just two of the lads from the troop that came out (or at least got filmed) for the last month of the tour. However, the cameraman also filmed a YO batch through training and followed one of these YO's to afghan as well, and actually filmed some half decent stuff (that said im not sure how it will look on TV!) Look out for some mandatory chad poses and speeches, as there was quite a lot of it going on when chris was knocking about with his camera!

Hey, still aint sure about the date for this being screened, but im guessing it can't be more than a few weeks now: If anybody does know then please share the wealth.
In the meantime here is a link to the accompanying book, written by Chris (the guy who filmed it). Don't think its available just yet, but i'm going to submit an order anyways!!

Bejaysus!! From the synopsis this looks like its going to be huge. He's 55 and completed commando training then straight off to afghan to take on terry taliban.
If thats true then thats unbelievable!
If this is as good as it sounds, i think this may alleviate royals current recruiting problem!!

Im sure I saw something about this the other day in the Aug Sky TV mag. I'm pretty sure it starts on Tuesday 28 Aug, 2100 or 2200 on ITV.
