I hope you don't pay a lot for that gym! Also stick the incline on then it won't be as hard going when it comes to the test.

Depends what time you want.
16.09kph I believe will get you 9mins.
My gym uses mph on the treadmills so I put on 10mph and get 9 mins plus a little sprint at the end to make up for the treadmill getting upto speed.
You really want to be aiming for between 9mins and 9.30mins. My AFCO said that anyone who gets over 9.30 goes into their risk category and they may be a little apprehensive putting you onto PRMC soon.
By the way, if you do a search then this has been covered millions of time before
Good Luck
Cheers

Did mine a couple of weeks ago again, Sticking 15.5 gets you about 9.40 mins as the treadmill will take maybes 10 seconds or so to get up to that speed so make sure you take that into account!!.
Every last 30 seconds of a minute i just whacked it up to 17 and came out with 9.07.
As James said though search for it mate
